Our mission is to help our clients find their style and create homes that reflect who they are — building environments designed to adapt and grow alongside them.
From concept development to final installation, we provide comprehensive guidance throughout the entire design journey to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Whether we’re renovating your whole home or just specifying furniture, our project phases are used to keep the schedule on track and to make sure project milestones are being met.
Project Phases
1.
The project kicks off with an evaluation of the current site, followed by several discussions to understand the practical needs and aesthetic aspirations for the space. During this process we will start to identify your specific goals and how best to achieve them.
Assessment
2.
Our team takes all of the information gathered in the assessment phase and develops mood boards, concept sketches, and material palettes to create a comprehensive concept guide. This booklet provides reference points to ensure all future design decisions tie back to one common conceptual thread.
Concept Development
3.
Known as the drawing development phase, this is when technical drawings for each room of the project are developed in detail and conversations with contractors begin. All material selections are finalized and the project budget is built with the architect and/or general contractor.
Design Development
4.
After all furniture, fixture, and equipment selections are made, our team organizes procurement and delivery for installation. We coordinate with the contractors on site to makes sure all items are delivered when needed, and will organize the final furniture installation before your move-in.
